HomeCore Inc. has built its reputation on providing our clients the best inspection they can get, and those who have hired us know this. However, there is still a pervading mindset for most that all home inspectors are equal. They are not. And there are probably at least as many unqualified inspectors stealing your money than legitimate ones earning it. We’d like that to change.

We are spearheading a petition to have the Ontario government pass legislation requiring home inspectors be licensed to practice. British Columbia recently passed legislation and we think it is time for Ontario to join them. We truly believe the only way you can be assured of any minimum competence is to mandate that all inspectors meet certain requirements, as any professional must.
